Frozen Greek Yogurt with Citrus Fruit Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Florida Orange Juice
  • 2 cups Fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Burgundy wine
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Vanilla Greek frozen yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Ground pistachios

Preparation

Frozen Greek Yogurt with Citrus Fruit Topping

Combine the orange juice, raspberries, wine and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes; allow to cool completely.

Plate the frozen yogurt equally into 4 containers. Spoon the orange-raspberry-burgundy mixture over and sprinkle the pistachios on top.
