Zesty BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 ml) Florida Orange Juice
- 1 ½ cups ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. chili powder, or to taste
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Zesty BBQ Sauce
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring for about 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
