- 16 ounces (480 ml) Florida orange Juice
- 8 ounces (240 ml) shiro or white miso
- 2 ounces olive oil
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Taste and add more orange juice if desired.
Serving suggestions: Use Florida Orange Miso as vinaigrette salad dressing for tossed greens or coleslaw mix. Brush Florida Orange Miso on chicken, fish, beef or vegetables before roasting or grilling; baste during cooking to create glaze.
