Citrus Japanese Ponzu Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Florida orange juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Florida grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 serrano chile, stemmed and sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon cracked coriander seeds, optional

Preparation

Citrus Japanese Ponzu Sauce

1. Combine all the ingredients together and let flavors marry for at least 1 hour before using.

2. Refrigerate remaining sauce.
