Ceviche Style Florida Citrus Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (160 ml) Florida Orange Juice
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, cooked, coarsely chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted, diced (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Preparation

Ceviche Style Florida Citrus Shrimp Salsa

Combine orange juice, lime juice and sriracha sauce.  Toss shrimp with juice mixture.  Add avocado, mango, green onions and cilantro.
