- 1 cup of Florida Orange juice
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of oats
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 teaspoons of baking power
- Garnish: Florida Orange zest, butter, maple syrup and oats
Instruction
- Add wet ingredients (Florida Orange juice, milk and egg) into blender and blend together
- Then, add in dry ingredients (flour, oats, sugar and baking powder) and blend together.
- Preheat the frying pan on the stove and melt butter. On medium, ladle ¼ cup of pancake batter on the greased frying pan and wait until the edges bubble, then flip. Continue the process until there is no batter left.
- For a brunch-worthy stack, stack 4 pancakes on top of each other. Add a pat of butter on top, and put fresh Florida Orange zest directly on butter. Sprinkle with oats and then drizzle maple syrup on top.
