Ingredients:
1 cup Florida Orange Juice
½ cup milk
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon salt
8 slices brioche
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, for cooking
Optional toppings:
Powdered sugar
Maple syrup

Make the custard:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Florida Orange Juice, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Soak the bread:
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish. Place the bread slices in, turning once to fully soak (about 15–30 seconds per side).
Cook the French toast:
Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt butter.
Cook each slice for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges.
Serve:
Stack on plates, top with a drizzle of syrup and powdered sugar
