Citrus Japanese Ponzu Sauce

Ingredients

  • 125 ml Florida orange juice
  • 60 ml Florida grapefruit juice
  • 125 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 serrano chili, stemmed and sliced
  • 1/4 medium green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cracked coriander seeds, optional

Preparation

Citrus Japanese Ponzu Sauce

Combine all the ingredients together and let flavours marry for at least 1 hour before using.Refrigerate remaining sauce.
