Raspberry Mimosa Mist


  • 1½ (45 ml) ounces Florida orange juice
  • 5 raspberries
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup*
  • Ice
  • Champagne


  • Florida orange twist
  • Raspberry


Raspberry Mimosa Mist
Step 1:

Muddle raspberries in cocktail shaker; add Florida orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice.

Step 2:

Shake and strain into champagne flute; top with chilled champagne. Garnish with Florida orange twist and raspberry.

Step 3:

Combine 1 cup sugar and ½ cup water in saucepan; heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Step 4:

Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool syrup completely and refrigerate in covered container for up to 1 month.
