- 1 Florida Grapefruit, segmented
- Pure maple syrup
- Amaretto cookies
- Whipped cream
- Pistachios, chopped
Preparation
1. Drizzle chopped Florida Grapefruit with pure maple syrup and break up amaretto cookies.
2. In a parfait glass layer Florida Grapefruit with freshly whipped cream and amaretto cookies.
3. Top with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
