Florida Grapefruit and Pear Mocktail

Ingredients

For the mocktail:

  • ⅓ cup (85 ml) Florida Grapefruit Juice
  • ⅛ cup (20 ml) lemon syrup
  • ⅛ cup (20 ml) pear juice 20ml

For the lemon syrup:

  • 15 g lemon zest
  • ⅘ cup (200 ml) water
  • ½ cup (80 g) sugar

Instruction

For the mocktail:

  1. Combine the Florida Grapefruit Juice, pear juice and lemon syrup in a shaker and mix.
  2. Pour the mocktail into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
  3. Twist a piece of Florida grapefruit peel for garnish, infuse the mocktail with its aroma, and then use it as a garnish.
  4. Finally, decorate with edible flowers to complete the drink.

For the lemon syrup:

  1. Put the lemon zest and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the sugar and dissolve it. Remove from the heat. Let it cool.
  3. Once it has cooled slightly, transfer it to a storage jar and it’s ready.
