Ingredients
For the mocktail:
- ⅓ cup (85 ml) Florida Grapefruit Juice
- ⅛ cup (20 ml) lemon syrup
- ⅛ cup (20 ml) pear juice 20ml
For the lemon syrup:
- 15 g lemon zest
- ⅘ cup (200 ml) water
- ½ cup (80 g) sugar
Instruction
For the mocktail:
- Combine the Florida Grapefruit Juice, pear juice and lemon syrup in a shaker and mix.
- Pour the mocktail into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
- Twist a piece of Florida grapefruit peel for garnish, infuse the mocktail with its aroma, and then use it as a garnish.
- Finally, decorate with edible flowers to complete the drink.
For the lemon syrup:
- Put the lemon zest and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the sugar and dissolve it. Remove from the heat. Let it cool.
- Once it has cooled slightly, transfer it to a storage jar and it’s ready.
