Florida Grapefruit In store Demo Giveaway English Rules Terms and Conditions
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Giveaway opens from 08:00 am (EST) on March 1, 2024 and closes 10:00 pm (EST) on March 3, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received during this period to be valid. To enter, entrants must follow Florida Grapefruit Canada on Facebook or Instagram @floridagrapefruitca and comment on the most recent pinned Florida Grapefruit giveaway post at the top of the Instagram or Facebook page with the name of the participating store where they sampled Florida Grapefruit.
ELIGIBILITY
2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry and a resident of Canada.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed from each Instagram account.
4. Those involved in the promotion and execution of this prize draw, as well as employees of the company and their relatives, are not eligible for entry.
PRIZES
5. A total of twelve (12) winners total will be selected. Three (3) prize winner(s) from each of the four (4) participating retail banners will be drawn at random for a chance to win one (1) gift card valued at $100.00 CAD for the retailer the entrant visited.
ODDS OF WINNING
6. The odds of being selected to become an eligible winner depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received during the Entry Period in accordance with these Rules. Limit: Limit of one $100 gift card per selected winner.
7. The winner(s) (12 total) will be randomly selected on March 4, 2024 at approximately 5 PM EST, at 33 Bloor Street East, Suite 1601, Toronto, ON, Canada M4W 3H1. Eligible entrants will be selected to become eligible winners by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received during the Entry Period in accordance with these Rules.
8. Winners will be contacted twice by email. If the chosen winner(s) does/do not respond within 24 hours to their prize notification, they will be disqualified, and another winner will be selected at random in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. All Prize claims are subject to verification. Each individual winner will be required to correctly answer a skill testing question to be declared a winner. The question will be sent and answered over email. The winner may use a calculator.
10. The Florida Department of Citrus (the Promoter) will not contact the winner for any credit card or financial information. The Promoter will collect knowledge and consent from the winner(s) required for the collection of personal information for prize delivery.
11. The collection of personal mailing information must be limited to that which is needed for the purposes identified by the organization. Information must be collected by fair and lawful means.
12. The Promoter will contact the selected winners via Instagram direct message through the account they entered on @floridagrapefruitca about prize delivery mailing information. Only this account will contact winners. Any other contact made by other individuals or accounts will be considered spam and the Promoter is not liable for any correspondence.
13. Winners will receive the awarded prize via Canada Post mail. Please allow up to 40 days for the delivery of the prize.
14. All prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable towards any other offers. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
15. Those involved in the promotion and execution of this prize draw, as well as employees of the company and their relatives, are not eligible for entry.
16. The “2024 Florida Citrus Instagram Giveaway” is hosted by The Florida Citrus Department. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By taking part in this giveaway, all participants consent to the Promoter using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this giveaway. Data will be processed in accordance with the Promoters’ privacy policies.
