- ½ Florida Grapefruit, chopped
- 250 g Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 20 g coconut chips
- 1 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp. white chocolate bark, chopped
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
Fill a small Mason jar with alternating layers of chopped Florida Grapefruit and vanilla Greek yogurt.
Add your favourite toppings, such as coconut chips, sliced almonds, white chocolate or maple syrup.
Seal with the lid for a portable snack or quick breakfast.
