Ingredients:

2 large Florida Grapefruits, peeled and segmented

4–5 cups arugula or mixed baby greens

½ small red onion, very thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

2 tbsp toasted pistachios or almonds
Citrus Honey Dressing
-
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
-
1 tbsp fresh squeezed Florida Grapefruit Juice
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
Salt & cracked pepper
Instruction
Toss the ingredients in a salad bowl, and serve.
