- 60 ml Florida Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Florida Orange zest
- 1 block quince paste
- 3 each Farmers Market cheeses
In a small pot, melt the quince paste over a low heat. Add the orange zest and grapefruit juice; simmer for 5–8 minutes. Pour mixture into a 5-centimetre 1/6 pan and allow to fully cool in the refrigerator.
Arrange 3 different varieties of cheese on a plate. Slice the citrus-quince paste and serve.
