In a home full of Florida Growers, we like to add a little citrus to the holidays with our own ornaments and memories made from dehydrated citrus. One of our favorites is crafting ornaments and decorations with our families. We think you\u2019ll really enjoy this special addition to your home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to learn more about our <a href=\"\/oj\/growers\/\">Florida Citrus Gr<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/growers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Growers\">o<\/a><a href=\"\/oj\/growers\/\">wers<\/a>?\u00a0 Meet the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/people\/marty-mckenna-a-family-affair\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Marty McKenna: A Family Affair\">McKennas<\/a>, a family of citrus growers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>3 Florida Grapefruits, sliced into \u00bc\u201d thick slices.<\/li><li>3 Florida Oranges, sliced into \u00bc\u201d thick slices.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Preheat oven to 170 degrees F.<\/li><li>In batches (each type of citrus at a time), arrange citrus slices onto cooling racks and place each cooling rack onto a baking sheet.<\/li><li>Place the cooling rack and baking sheet combo into oven and bake.\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Florida Grapefruit: 8-9 hours, flip the Citrus fruit every 3 hours<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Florida Orange: 6-7 hours, rotating baking sheets every 2 hours. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
