Tamari or soy sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>3 tbsp. peanut butter<\/li>\r\n<li>3 tbsp. toasted sesame oil, divided<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. freshly grated ginger<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc tsp. ground cayenne pepper<\/li>\r\n<li>10 oz. soba noodles or spaghetti<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup snow peas<\/li>\r\n<li>1 carrot, cut into matchsticks<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bd lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Combine Florida Orange Juice, tamari or soy sauce, peanut butter, 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil, ginger and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Boil noodles according to package directions. Before draining, add snow peas and carrot. Let cook for 30 seconds.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Drain pasta, peas and carrots, and toss immediately with Florida Orange Juice mixture. Set aside.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Heat pan with 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil and saute shrimp over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5.
