With minimal prep in the morning, dinner is ready to be served when everyone is home at the end of the day. Simply set out your family\u2019s favorite taco ingredients so each person can customize their meal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>\u00be cup (180 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. dried oregano<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. ground cumin<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00bd tsp. salt<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. black pepper<\/li>\r\n<li>1 chopped onion<\/li>\r\n<li>1 jalape\u00f1o, de-seeded and chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>4 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\r\n<li>Your favorite taco toppings<\/li>\r\n<li>5 lb. pork shoulder (pork butt), skinless, bone-in<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>1. Rinse and dry the pork shoulder; place in a slow cooker with the fat facing up. Rub in salt, pepper, dried oregano, ground cumin and olive oil.<\/p>\r\n<p>2. Top with onion, jalape\u00f1o, minced garlic and Florida Orange Juice. <\/p>\r\n<p>3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 6 hours. <\/p>\r\n<p>4. Remove pork from slow cooker when it is tender and falling off the bone; place on serving platter.<\/p>\r\n<p>5. Shred pork using two forks.<\/p>\r\n<p>6. Set out with your family\u2019s favorite taco toppings and they can make their own DIY tacos. <\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Helpful Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>If you plan to re-heat and serve the pork for multiple meals, skim the fat off the top of the remaining liquid in the slow cooker and save.
