Discover the <a href=\"\/oj\/oj-nutritional-benefits\/\">nutritional benefits<\/a> of Florida Orange Juice.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>\u00bd cup (125 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1 loaf whole wheat French bread, sliced<\/li>\r\n<li>8 large eggs<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cups low-fat milk or almond milk<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\r\n<li>3 ounces black raisins<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, divided<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>1. Florida Orange Juice zest topping: In a small pot over medium heat, pour in Florida Orange Juice. Add raisins and half of the cinnamon, cook until raisins are fully hydrated. Remove from heat. Add contents to a blender and blend until smooth. Reserve.<\/p>\r\n<p>2. Lightly mist a 9\u201d x 13\u201d x 2\u201d casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange bread slices in two rows, slightly overlapping pieces.<\/p>\r\n<p>3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour mixture over bread, making sure all bread is moist. Cover and refrigerate overnight.<\/p>\r\n<p>4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle topping evenly over the top of bread and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.<\/p>\r\n<p>5.
