The carbohydrates and iron in the cornbread can fuel your body with energy throughout the\u00a0day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 cup (250ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cup butter (softened to room temperature)<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cup sugar<\/li>\r\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup all-purpose flour<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup cornmeal<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. baking powder<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. baking soda<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc tsp. salt<\/li>\r\n<li>Cooking Spray<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cups (16 oz.\/500mg) fresh corn, lightly chopped (may substitute canned or frozen)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 1:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 F.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 2:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>While oven is heating, lightly spray 8\u00d78-in. pan with canola oil and dust with flour.
