Toast for 7-10\u00a0minutes until they are lightly brown in colour. Move them around after 5\u00a0minutes to help toast evenly. Let cool completely.<br \/><br \/>Place the oats in a mixing bowl, add the Florida Orange Juice and cinnamon powder. This will rehydrate the oats and infuse the delicious OJ flavour.<br \/><br \/>In a food processor, add dates, cranberries, and pumping seeds. Turn the processor on until all ingredients have mixed and forms a granulated paste.<br \/><br \/>Add the paste to the oat mix bowl and mix well together.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Scoop using a 1\u00a0oz scoop into balls and roll between your hands. Place the balls in the refrigerator to set on a baking tray.<br \/><br \/>Place in a sealed container and keep in the fridge up to 3-4\u00a0weeks.
