This recipe was developed and photographed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emiliegaillet.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Emilie Gaillet.<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You can follow her at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/emilie_murmure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@emilie_murmure<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Florida Citrus Vinaigrette Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>\u2153 cup of Florida Grapefruit Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>\u2153 cup of Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>2 teaspoons of Florida Orange zest<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tablespoons of cider vinegar<\/li>\r\n<li>2 teaspoons of honey<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard<\/li>\r\n<li>\u2153 cup of olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tablespoons of shallots<\/li>\r\n<li>Sea salt and fresh pepper, to taste<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together until the dressing is emulsified. The ingredients may also be placed in a glass container with a hermetic lid; shake to mix well. Set aside.<br \/><br \/>Chef\u2019s note: The vinaigrette will keep for 7 days in the refrigerator.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salad Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>4 Florida Grapefruit, peeled and cut into supremes<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>3 Florida Oranges, peeled and cut into supremes<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 bunch of radishes, sliced thin and cut into sticks<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1\/3 cup of pistachios, grilled and coarsely chopped<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 cup of arugula<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tablespoons of dill, chopped<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>8 oz of burrata<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Sea salt and peppercorn<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. In a bowl, combine the Florida Grapefruit and Florida Orange segments, add the radish sticks, the toasted pistachios, arugula and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<br \/>2. Place on a large plate, top with coarsely chopped burrata and drizzle generously with Florida citrus vinaigrette and pickled onions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pickled Onions Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1 red onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bd cup of white vinegar or cider vinegar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bd cup of water 1 tablespoon of sugar<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 teaspoon of salt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.Slice a red onion thinly. Place in an airtight Mason jar.<br \/>2. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and pour over the sliced onion in the jar. Add a small amount of water to completely cover the onion.<br \/>3.
