Add garlic and cook until fragrant.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\r\n<li>Stir in turmeric, salt, and rice, before adding orange juice, water and coconut milk.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\r\n<li>Bring to a boil, stir, and cover pot. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
