Grease a 9-inch baking dish, or 6 individual ramekins. Set aside\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\r\n<li>In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\r\n<li>Stir in oats, pecans, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\r\n<li>Stir in orange juice and milk. Pour into prepared baking dish.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\r\n<li>Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
