When combined with the nutritional benefits in Florida Orange Juice, such as potassium and vitamin C, you and your family are increasing your daily nutrient intake \u2013 and with full bellies!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 cup (250 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cup olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. honey<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small bunch cilantro leaves<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. smoked paprika<\/li>\r\n<li>2 garlic cloves<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bd tsp. kosher salt, plus extra as desired<\/li>\r\n<li>1 lb. bone-in, skin on, chicken thighs<\/li>\r\n<li>1 lb. sweet potatoes, cut into \u00bd-inch cubes<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small head broccoli, cut into florets<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<table class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time\">\r\n<tbody>\r\n<tr>\r\n<th>Prep Time<\/th>\r\n<th>Cook Time<\/th>\r\n<th>Total Time<\/th>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__prep-time\">4 hours<\/td>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__cook-time\">40 minutes<\/td>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__total-time\">4 hours40 minutes<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.\u00a0Combine the Florida Orange Juice, olive oil, honey, cilantro, smoked paprika, garlic and salt in a blender and puree.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Place the chicken into a zip top bag and add all but \u2153 cup of the marinade. Seal the bag and move around to coat chicken.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Refrigerate for 4 hours, up to overnight. Refrigerate reserved marinade until ready to use.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4.\u00a0Remove chicken and reserved marinade from the refrigerator one hour prior to cooking.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Place a sheet pan on the middle rack of the oven and preheat to 425\u00b0 F.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6.\u00a0Toss the sweet potatoes in the reserved marinade.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7.\u00a0Place the chicken on the hot pan, skin side down.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8.\u00a0Remove the potatoes from the marinade and arrange around the chicken in a single layer and roast for 15 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9.\u00a0Toss the broccoli in the marinade.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10.\u00a0Turn the chicken over and add the broccoli to the pan.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>11.\u00a0Return to the oven and roast another 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the potatoes and broccoli are tender.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Helpful Tip:<\/strong>\u00a0Divide finished meal into separate Tupperware containers for grab-and-go lunches throughout the week!<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Save time in the evenings with our make-ahead Sheet Pan Chicken Thigh Dinner with Orange Marinade.
