Not only does this meal taste great, but salmon is rich in Omega-3 and serves as a great source of protein.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 \u00bc (295 ml) cups Florida Orange Juice, divided<\/li>\r\n<li>1 pound salmon fillets<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup white wine<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cloves garlic, smashed<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger, divided<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. finely minced shallot<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd cup toasted, slivered almonds<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small bunch collard greens (about 8 oz.), stems and center ribs removed<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<table class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time\">\r\n<tbody>\r\n<tr>\r\n<th>Prep Time<\/th>\r\n<th>Cook Time<\/th>\r\n<th>Total Time<\/th>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__prep-time\">5 minutes<\/td>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__cook-time\">20 minutes<\/td>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__total-time\">25 minutes<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 F.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Spray a small glass baking dish with non-stick spray.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Set salmon in the dish.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Combine white wine, garlic, one cup of Florida Orange Juice and one teaspoon grated ginger in a small saucepan, set over high heat and bring to a simmer.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Pour poaching liquid over salmon and cover with aluminum foil.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Poach in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Combine the remaining \u00bc cup Florida Orange Juice, remaining one teaspoon grated ginger, olive oil, vinegar, and shallot in a lidded jar and shake to combine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Cut the collard greens into thin ribbons and transfer to a large mixing bowl.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Pour the dressing over the collards and toss well to combine and fully coat.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Remove the salmon from the liquid and serve on top of the collard greens.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sprinkle with the almonds.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Season with additional salt and pepper as desired and serve.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Helpful Tip:<\/strong> Substitute salmon with your favourite fish!<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Poached Salmon with Collard Green Salad recipe is an easy and healthy way to provide you and your family with plenty of nutrients with the help of Florida Orange Juice, such as potassium and vitamin C, which may support heart health.
