Plus, it contains essential nutrients, like<a title=\"Vitamin C and Florida Orange Juice\" href=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/\/health-nutrition\/nutritional-information\/vitamin-c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0vitamin C<\/a>, that help keep your body strong and healthy!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Shrimp Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1\/2 cup (125mL)\u00a0Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/4 cup olive oil, plus 1 tablespoon<\/li>\r\n<li>3 green onions, chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>3 garlic cloves, minced<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tablespoon garlic chili paste<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\r\n<li>1 1\/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Slaw Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1\/4 cup (60mL)\u00a0Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/4 cup olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar<\/li>\r\n<li>1 clove garlic, minced<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon sesame oil<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\r\n<li>Pinch freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cups thinly shredded Napa cabbage<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup thinly shredded red cabbage<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup grated carrots<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<table class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time\">\r\n<tbody>\r\n<tr>\r\n<th>Prep Time<\/th>\r\n<th>Cook Time<\/th>\r\n<th>Total Time<\/th>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__prep-time\">45 minutes<\/td>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__cook-time\">3 hours<\/td>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__total-time\">3 hours45 minutes<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p><strong>To make the shrimp:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Place the orange juice, cilantro, 1\/4 cup olive oil, onions, garlic, ginger, chili paste and salt into a large zip top bag, seal and move around to combine. Add the shrimp, seal and toss to combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours and up to 4.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Remove the shrimp from the marinade, reserving 1\/4 cup of the marinade.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Place remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a large saut\u00e9 pan or wok, set over medium high heat and when it shimmers, add the shrimp. Cook, tossing continually for 1 minute. Add the reserved marinade and continue cooking until sauce has reduced slightly and shrimp are opaque and just cooked through, about 2 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>To make the slaw:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Place the orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a lidded jar and shake well to combine.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Place the Napa cabbage, red cabbage, carrots and cilantro in a large mixing bowl, add enough dressing to coat and toss to combine.
