Incorporating Florida Orange Juice into the recipe adds vitamins and nutrients that may support living a healthier lifestyle.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>4 cups (960 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. oil<\/li>\r\n<li>3 cups red onion or shallots, sliced<\/li>\r\n<li>4 cups (960 ml) coconut milk<\/li>\r\n<li>10 pods cardamom<\/li>\r\n<li>1 bunch cilantro, chopped, for garnish<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cup Dijon mustard<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cup soy sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. coriander<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. turmeric<\/li>\r\n<li>10 filets tilapia, bass or other mild fish<\/li>\r\n<li>5 limes, halved<\/li>\r\n<li>3 Florida Grapefruits, segmented, for garnish<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 1:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>Heat large saucepan over medium-high heat.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 2:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>Add oil and onions; cook until onions are golden-brown in color.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 3:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>Add Florida Orange Juice and coconut milk to deglaze pan.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 4:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>Bring to a boil; lower heat and cook until reduced by one-third. Add cardamom, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, coriander and turmeric. Stir well to combine. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 5:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>Grill fish and squeeze each fillet with juice of \u00bd lime just as it comes off the heat.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 6:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>Spoon Florida Citrus Coconut Sauce over fish and garnish with Florida Grapefruit segments and cilantro.
