Florida Orange Zest, chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>4 tbsp. olive oil, divided<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bd lb.\u00a0ground buffalo meat<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\r\n<li>Pepper to taste<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup red bell pepper, chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup green bell pepper, chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd cup onion, diced<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. jalape\u00f1o pepper, seeded, diced<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. chopped garlic \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0.<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. chili powder<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. onion powder<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. ground cumin<\/li>\r\n<li>1 (20-oz.) can diced tomatoes<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. fresh oregano<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. chipotle chile, seeded, chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. finely ground cornmeal<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup sour cream<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp. olive oil and buffalo meat; season with salt and pepper to taste. <\/p>\r\n<p>2. Brown buffalo meat until cooked through; remove buffalo meat from skillet and reserve.<\/p>\r\n<p>3. In large stock pot over medium heat, place remaining 2 tbsp. olive oil, red and green peppers, onion, jalape\u00f1o pepper and garlic.<\/p>\r\n<p>4. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until onions are tender. Add chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder and cumin; cook for 1 to 2 more minutes to toast spices.<\/p>\r\n<p>5. Add tomatoes, Florida Orange Juice, oregano, chipotle chiles, cornmeal and Florida Orange Zest; cook over medium-low heat for 45 minutes.<\/p>\r\n<p>6.
