Bring to simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Add octopus and cook for 1\u00bd hours. Remove octopus from cooking liquid and toss with olive oil. Reserve.<\/p>\r\n<p>While octopus is cooking, prepare Pequillo Pepper Vinaigrette: Combine Florida orange juice, Florida orange zest, pequillo peppers and sherry vinegar in blender. Blend until smooth and slowly drizzle in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Reserve.<\/p>\r\n<p>For Purple Potato Salad, combine purple potatoes, olive oil, sherry vinegar and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\r\n<p>Grill octopus over medium-high grill until charred and crispy.
