Creole seasoning<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0tsp.\u00a0Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. paprika<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. Original TABASCO\u00ae brand Pepper Sauce<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Crispy Gator:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>2 cups Florida\u00a0Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cup Original TABASCO\u00ae brand Pepper Sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bd lb.\u00a0alligator, tail meat, 2-inch pieces<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup flour<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. cornstarch<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. baking soda<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd tsp. salt<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bd cups club soda, cold<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\r\n<li>Pepper to taste<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>For Salad:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00bd cup Florida Grapefruit Segments, seeded<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00be cup Florida Orange Segments, seeded<\/li>\r\n<li>16 oz. mixed greens<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cups fennel, thinly shaved<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup red cabbage, shredded<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00be cup cucumber, thinly sliced<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00be cup red onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd cup radish, thinly sliced<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>1. For Florida Citrus R\u00e9moulade Dressing:\u00a0 Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill.<\/p>\r\n<p>2. For Crispy Alligator:\u00a0 Combine Florida Orange Juice\u00a0with TABASCO\u00ae. Place alligator in baking dish; pour orange juice mixture over alligator. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.<\/p>\r\n<p>3. To prepare alligator, combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt in bowl; add club soda and stir just until combined. Batter will be lumpy. Remove alligator from marinade; drain on paper towels.<\/p>\r\n<p>4. Discard marinade. Dredge alligator pieces in flour mixture; fry in deep fryer at 350\u00b0 F or pan-fry over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.<\/p>\r\n<p>5. Remove from oil; drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\r\n<p>6. For Salad:\u00a0 Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl. Toss with reserved dressing to coat.<\/p>\r\n<p>7. To serve, place a mound of salad in center of each plate. Place 3 to 4 pieces of Crispy Gator on each salad.
