You can go to work and send your kids to school knowing you all have full bellies and started the day off with plenty of nutrients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>\u2153 cup (80 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small onion, julienne<\/li>\r\n<li>1 large sweet potato, cut into \u00bc-inch cubes<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc tsp. kosher salt<\/li>\r\n<li>6 oz. turkey sausage, crumbled<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cups Swiss chard, coarsely chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup fresh pear, diced<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd tsp. red pepper flakes<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc tsp. nutmeg<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>1.\u00a0Place the oil in a medium saut\u00e9 pan and set over medium high heat.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>2. When the oil shimmers, add the onions, sweet potatoes and salt and cook, stirring frequently, until the onions are translucent.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>3. Add the sausage and continue to cook another 3 to 4 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>4.\u00a0Add the swiss chard, pear, Florida Orange Juice, red pepper flake and nutmeg and toss to combine.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>5. Decrease the heat to medium low and continue to cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes, until the chard and pears are just cooked.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>6.
