Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. garlic, minced<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. soy sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. peanut oil<\/li>\r\n<li>8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs<\/li>\r\n<li>32 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 20 minutes)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px\"><strong>For Orange Peanut Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 \u00bd cups (660ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. peanut oil<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. garlic, minced<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd cup onion, finely chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd ground coriander<\/li>\r\n<li>\u2154 cup chunky peanut butter<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. soy sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>hot sauce (optional)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<table class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time\">\r\n<tbody>\r\n<tr>\r\n<th>Prep Time<\/th>\r\n<th>Cook Time<\/th>\r\n<th>Total Time<\/th>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<tr>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__prep-time\">1 hour30 minutes<\/td>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__cook-time\">20 minutes<\/td>\r\n<td class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-time__total-time\">1 hour50 minutes<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>1. Flatten each chicken thigh and slice into 4 pieces along grain.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>2. Mix Florida Orange Juice, garlic, soy sauce and peanut oil in a bowl.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>3. Soak chicken in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for up to 60 minutes.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>5. Place chicken, rind end first, on the skewers.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>6. Saut\u00e9 garlic, ginger and onion in peanut oil until onions are slightly browned. Add Florida Orange Juice, coriander and peanut butter. Simmer until thickened (about 2 minutes).<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>7. Stir in soy sauce and add hot sauce, if desired, to taste. Cover. Set aside. If sauce is too thick, thin with additional Florida Orange Juice.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>8. Grill satay skewers for 4 minutes per side, heated to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>9. Serve immediately with Orange Peanut Sauce.
