With the great flavour of Florida Orange Juice, you can be confident you are providing your family with a delicious and nutritious breakfast.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 \u00be (420 ml) cup Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00be cup of rolled oats<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd cup sunflower and pumpkin seeds<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup grapes<\/li>\r\n<li>4 tbsp. shredded coconut, lightly toasted<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>1. In a medium bowl, place the seeds and add water to soak.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>2. In a large bowl, mix the Florida Orange Juice, oats and vanilla.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>3. In the morning, use a spoon to scoop a couple of mounds of the soaked oats into 4 Mason jars.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>5. Add the soaked seeds on top of the oats.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>6.
