The combination of ingredients and Florida Orange Juice not only featuring an amazing taste but allows the body to more efficiently absorb iron.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>\u00bc cup (60 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd cup (120 ml) soy sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. mirin (sweet rice wine) or rice vinegar<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cup mayonnaise<\/li>\r\n<li>1-2 tbsp. sriracha<\/li>\r\n<li>Splash of lemon or lime juice<\/li>\r\n<li>3-4 cups white or brown rice, cooked<\/li>\r\n<li>1 pound sushi-grade Ahi tuna, diced<\/li>\r\n<li>3 green onions, sliced<\/li>\r\n<li>2 avocados, diced<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup diced cucumber<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup diced mango<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup shelled edamame, steamed<\/li>\r\n<li>1 jalape\u00f1o pepper, sliced<\/li>\r\n<li>Cilantro leaves<\/li>\r\n<li>2-3 tbsp. sesame seeds<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd cup macadamia nuts, chopped (optional)<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil (optional)<\/li>\r\n<li>Furikake (optional)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>For creamy Sriracha sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>1. Add mayonnaise, Sriracha and lemon juice to a small mixing bowl. Mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste if needed.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>For Florida Citrus Ponzu:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>1.\u00a0In a bowl, add the Florida Orange Juice, lime juice, Mirin and soy sauce. Whisk well to combine.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>For Ahi Tuna:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>1. Place the tuna in a medium mixing bowl with the green onions (reserve some of the green onions to use as garnish).<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>2.\u00a0Add some of the Florida Citrus Ponzu (to your taste, you can reserve some to pour over the rest of the ingredients). Add sesame seeds. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<p>3.\u00a0Pile it up! Put rice into serving bowls and top with your desired toppings. Add extra Florida Citrus ponzu if desired and drizzle a bit of toasted sesame oil (optional). Add the chilled tuna.
