Kale, combined with Florida OJ and pineapple, makes this recipe an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of vitamin A, which may help support immune system function and skin health.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>2 cups (500 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc cup frozen pineapple<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cup kale, tough stems removed<\/li>\r\n<li>4 mint leaves<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>In a large blender add frozen pineapple, kale, mint leaves and Florida Orange Juice.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/06\/step-1-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"pouring florida orange juice into a blender with kale\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2.
