Made with Florida Orange Juice and packed with vegetables, this soup provides your family with vitamins and minerals that may help support a healthier lifestyle.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll need for the butternut squash soup:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 cup (240 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. olive oil, divided<\/li>\r\n<li>3 celery stalks, chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>1 onion, peeled and chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>1 carrot, peeled and chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>5 cups low-sodium vegetable stock<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into strips<\/li>\r\n<li>1 medium zucchini squash, peeled and sliced into 1-inch pieces<\/li>\r\n<li>1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed into 1-inch squares<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll need for the orange croutons:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 cup (240 ml) Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cups prepared seasoned cubed stuffing mix (not crumbled) or 8 crostini<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 1:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 2:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>In a medium-sized roasting pan, place butternut squash, zucchini and yellow peppers.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 3:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over vegetables; toss to coat.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">Step 4:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Bake in oven, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
