I\u2019m a workaholic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a mom, wife, university instructor and dietitian entrepreneur with 3 consulting businesses, 2 kids and 1 dog, my life gets pretty busy. I learned a long time ago though that burnout is not a badge.<p>To me, #Be100% isn\u2019t about being perfect or doing it all! Instead, it\u2019s about focusing on my health and wellbeing so that I can be 100% for myself and my family. It\u2019s about feeling great and being my best self every day.<br>Here are my 5 ways to #Be100%:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#ff8220\"><strong>Here are my 5 ways to #Be100%:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Stay hydrated.<\/strong> As soon as I wake up, I drink a big glass of water and continue to drink water throughout the day. With lunch, I\u2019ll have a glass of Florida Orange Juice not only to help me stay <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/\/health-nutrition\/nutritional-information\/hydration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hydrated<\/a>, but also for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/\/health-nutrition\/oj-nutrition-facts-2\/\" title=\"Florida Orange Juice Nutrition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amazing nutrients it offers<\/a> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/\/health-nutrition\/nutritional-information\/vitamin-c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vitamin C<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/\/health-nutrition\/nutritional-information\/potassium-in-florida-orange-juice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">potassium<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridacitrus.ca\/oj\/\/health-nutrition\/nutritional-information\/folate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">folate<\/a>, the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, among others. \u00ad<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Get enough sleep<\/strong>. Everyone in the house knows when I don\u2019t get enough sleep! Experts recommend 7-9 hours of sleep a night for adults. I feel my best with 9 hours\u2026and sometimes even 10 hours!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Eat fruit and veggies at every meal and snack.<\/strong> Fruits and veggies are your superheroes that can help prevent disease. My daily go-to\u2019s are grapes, bananas, oranges, cherry tomatoes, spinach and red peppers. To help get enough fruit and veggies in your diet, 100% orange juice is a great complement to boost your daily intake.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Move your body.<\/strong> Movement is medicine. My fave activities are a spin workout, dog walking, Pilates and yoga.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Be thankful.<\/strong> Wake up each day with a grateful heart.
