- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup 2% milk or soy milk
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon honey or 100% maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare oats with milk according to directions on package. Stir in apple pieces and top with walnuts, coconut, honey and cinnamon.
