Peel off the outer skin.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3.\u00a0Segment the Florida Grapefruit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4.\u00a0Remove any remaining skin (including interior skin elements).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5.\u00a0Add the segments of the Florida Grapefruit into the jar until it fills a layer. Then place sugar across the top of the Florida Grapefruit. Repeat developing Grapefruit \/ Sugar layers until the jar is filled.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6.\u00a0The final layer should be sugar.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7.\u00a0Seal jar and leave on the counter at room temperature for one day.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8.\u00a0After a full day at room temperature, place the jar in a refrigerator for seven days.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9.
