Close tightly and squeeze the bag to fully combine all ingredients.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>2.\u00a0Add flank steak to bag, close, and refrigerate for 4 hours, up to overnight.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>3.\u00a0Preheat grill to high.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>4.\u00a0Slice onion in half, and then slice into thin wedges. Place in a large bowl.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>5.\u00a0Remove stems and seeds from the bell pepper and cut into \u00bc-inch strips.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>6.\u00a0Add to the onions and toss with olive oil until well-coated.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>7.\u00a0Spread onions and peppers in a single layer on a grill pan and cook until they soften and are browned (15-20 minutes).<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>8.\u00a0Put the steak on the grill and sear 4-5 minutes on each side for a warm pink center.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>9.
