Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>4.\u00a0Using a vegetable peeler, remove the fibers from the celery stalk and cut the celery into thin, diagonal pieces.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>5.\u00a0Cook the 2 bags of noodles per instructions on bag.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>6.\u00a0In a frying pan, add vegetable oil and ginger. Cook on low heat until aroma from the ginger comes out.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>7.\u00a0Add squid and celery to frying pan and cook on high heat for 1 minute. Set aside.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>8.\u00a0Fry the noodles on high heat for 2 minutes until there is browning on both sides.
