Dijon mustard<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. honey<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>Freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\r\n<li>2 scallions, sliced on the bias<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small cucumber, seeded and thinly sliced into half moons<\/li>\r\n<li>60 g chopped pecans<\/li>\r\n<li>10 to 15 torn basil leaves<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p><br \/>1.\u00a0Place wheat berries and salt into a medium saucepan and cover with water by 2.5 centimeters. Place over high heat and bring to boil.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>2.\u00a0Reduce heat to maintain simmer and cook, covered for 45 to 60 minutes or until wheat berries are toothsome, yet tender, but not mushy.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>3.\u00a0Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>4.\u00a0Transfer to a large mixing bowl, and set aside.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>5.\u00a0Transfer the juice from Florida Grapefruit to a small jar. Add vinegar, mustard, honey, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place lid on jar and shake to combine.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>6.\u00a0Add to wheat berries and stir to combine.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>7.\u00a0Add scallions, cucumber, pecans, basil and stir to combine.
