Florida Grapefruit Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>180 g smoked salmon<\/li>\r\n<li>4 cups cooked rice<\/li>\r\n<li>2 whole cucumbers<\/li>\r\n<li>10 shiso leaves (Oba leaves when available)<\/li>\r\n<li>3 tbsp. toasted sesame<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. sugar<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. salt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p><br \/>1.\u00a0Peel and segment the Florida Grapefruit.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>2.\u00a0Thinly slice the cucumbers and massage each piece with a little bit of salt. Squeeze out any water from each sliced cucumber.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>3.\u00a0Chop the shiso leaves and julienne the smoked salmon.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>4.\u00a0Create the vinegar mixture by mixing 6 tbs.of Florida Grapefruit Juice, sugar and salt to make the vinegar mixture.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>5.\u00a0Create the sushi rice by adding the cooked rice to the vinegar mixture. Mix well and set aside.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>6.\u00a0Combine the segmented Florida Grapefruit, sliced cucumbers, chopped shiso leaves, julienned smoked salmon and sushi rice.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>7.
