Once the butter has melted, add in the golden syrup, then turn up the heat and bring to a boil.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Add the zest and juice of the Florida Grapefruit.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Sprinkle in the seeds and oats, and stir together making sure all of the oats are covered.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Spoon the mixture out onto a 20 cm square baking tray lined with parchment paper.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Using the back of a spoon, press the flapjack down so that it is all even.
