It\u2019s fresh, light and delicious! It&#8217;s the ideal recipe to satisfy your tartar cravings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>For the Florida Grapefruit and Salmon Tartar Rolls:<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0Florida Grapefruit, cut into supremes<\/li>\r\n<li>5\u00a0rice papers<\/li>\r\n<li>100\u00a0g fresh salmon<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0slices (30\u00a0g) smoked salmon<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0cup capers<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0cup mayonnaise<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0teaspoons sesame oil<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0teaspoon rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0cup panko breadcrumbs<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>For the Citrus Sauce:<\/li>\r\n<li>80\u00a0ml Florida Grapefruit juice<\/li>\r\n<li>Juice of 1 lime<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tablespoons of soya sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small garlic clove, grated<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tablespoon sesame oil<\/li>\r\n<li>2 coriander sprigs, chopped<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Cut the grapefruit into supremes. To begin, cut off both ends of the grapefruit on your cutting board, then peel off the skin with a sharp knife. Slide the blade along the membranes to remove the segments. Set aside.<br \/><br \/>2. Squeeze the membranes to collect the juice in a separate container for the citrus sauce.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Chop the fresh and smoked salmon. In a large bowl, combine the chopped fresh salmon, smoked salmon, capers, mayonnaise, sesame oil, vinegar and panko.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Soften a rice paper in lukewarm water. On a clean, dry surface, place 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the centre of the rice paper, add 2 or 3 grapefruit supremes, fold over the edges and roll up tightly.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Mix all the ingredients for the Citrus Sauce in a small bowl. Set aside for dipping the rolls!<br \/>Tip to avoid breaking the rice paper: don\u2019t get it too wet. It suffices to soak each paper in lukewarm water for a few seconds, then place it on a clean cutting board.
