Florida Grapefruit steals the show alongside supporting ingredients like cilantro and chilies!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pita Bread Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>450g strong bread flour<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>7g dried yeast<\/li>\r\n<li>10g salt<\/li>\r\n<li>300ml water<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp black and white sesame seeds<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guacamole Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>2 Florida Grapefruit<\/li>\r\n<li>2 ripe avocados<\/li>\r\n<li>1 red chilli (seeds removed and chopped)<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp fresh cilantro<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Place the following ingredients into a large mixing bowl: flour, oil, dried yeast, salt, water, and sesame seeds.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Mix together until you form a soft ball of dough; then, transfer to a clean work surface lightly floured and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and stretchy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Return the dough to the mixing bowl, cover, and leave to prove until it doubles in size.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Once proved, scoop the dough out and divide into 8-10 portions. Roll each portion out into an oval shape approximately 1cm thick.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Cook the bread in a large nonstick frying pan until golden on each side; then, remove and leave to cool while you make the dip.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. To make the dip, place the avocado, chilli, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper into a pestle and mortar and smash together with the zest of the Florida Grapefruit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7.
