And of course, the hero ingredient, Florida Grapefruit!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 Florida Grapefruit<\/li>\r\n<li>4 cooked and peeled beets<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small pomegranate<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small red onion<\/li>\r\n<li>1 bunch of mint<\/li>\r\n<li>20g of chopped walnuts<\/li>\r\n<li>1 small clove of garlic<\/li>\r\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cut the beets into thin slices using a mandolin and place them in a large dish.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Cut the Florida Grapefruit by removing the skin first. Cut them into thin slices and arrange them on top of the beets.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Do the same for the red onion.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Prepare the pesto. Fluff the mint and chop it very finely. Cut the garlic in half and de-stem it. Chop it very finely. Crush the walnut kernels. Mix everything together, then pour in olive oil until the height is reached. Add salt and pepper.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Pour the pesto over the beets and Florida Grapefruit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Peel the pomegranate and add the seeds on top.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7.
