Creole seasoning<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp.\u00a0Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tsp. paprika<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. Original TABASCO\u00ae brand pepper sauce<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Crispy Gator:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>500 ml Florida Orange Juice<\/li>\r\n<li>60 ml Original TABASCO\u00ae brand Pepper Sauce<\/li>\r\n<li>700 g alligator, tail meat, 5-centimetre pieces<\/li>\r\n<li>120 g flour<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tbsp. cornstarch<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp. baking soda<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd tsp. salt<\/li>\r\n<li>375 ml club soda, cold<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\r\n<li>Pepper to taste<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>For Salad:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>100 g Florida Grapefruit Segments, seeded<\/li>\r\n<li>150 g Florida Orange Segments, seeded<\/li>\r\n<li>450 g mixed greens<\/li>\r\n<li>180 g fennel, thinly shaved<\/li>\r\n<li>100 g red cabbage, shredded<\/li>\r\n<li>100 g cucumber, thinly sliced<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00be medium red onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\r\n<li>50 g radish, thinly sliced<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">For Florida Citrus Remoulade Dressing:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Combine all ingredients; mix well.Cover and chill.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__title\">For Crispy Alligator:<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-instructions-step__text\">\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Combine Florida Orange Juice with TABASCO\u00ae.Place alligator in baking dish; pour orange juice mixture over alligator.Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.To prepare alligator, combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt in bowl; add club soda and stir just until combined.Batter will be lumpy.Remove alligator from marinade; drain on paper towels.Discard marinade.Dredge alligator pieces in flour mixture; fry in deep fryer at 180\u00b0 C or pan-fry over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.Remove from oil;
